ADOPTION DEED

 

THIS DEED of adoption made on this 05-10-2021

BETWEEN

……………………… D/o ………………. holding CNIC No:…………..  R/o ……….. Alamgir Road Bahadur Abad , Karachi . (hereinafter called "the adoptive Mother") of one part,

AND

……………… S/o ……………….. holding CNIC No:……………….. and ……….. D/o ……R/o. KE-727 Plot No: ……………………… Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi, (hereinafter called "the natural father and mother") of the other part.

 

WHEREAS

1.     That the Sami ullah Qurashi S/o, Rehmat ullah Qurashi  contract marriage with Kanwal Naz d/o……. due to said wedlock tow issue namely Afan ullah and Maida was born.

2.     That There is no compatibility of nature between the natural parents and there are also deep differences between them, as such it is not possible for them to live together as husband and wife within the limits prescribed by God, therefore Sami ullah Qurashi has been divorce his wife namely Kanwal Naz in the year-2017 now the both are residing separately, both have no income of source for welfare their child.

3.     That the adoptive mother want to adopt above mention children for their best welfare.

 

4.      That the adoptive Mother, (who is  real sister to natural father), with the consent of his Husband has approached the natural father and natural mother  for giving  in adoption both minors named Afan ullah, having date of birth 11 March 2014 and namely Maida Having date of birth 01-10-2010 .

 

5.     That with consent of the natural father and mother given in Adoption. Photo of the adopted children are affixed herewith.

 

6.     That the parties considered it expedient and necessary that a proper deed of adoption be executed as an authentic record of adoption.

 

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSESETH AS FOLLOWS:

1.     That Declaration of Adoption the parties hereto do hereby declare that the adoptive mother has duly adopted the above mention children from the day of _______________________ .

 

2.     That Legal rights and liabilities of adopted children been transferred to the family of adoptive mother from the date of adoption, now the adoptive  mother will be responsible all the legal rights and liabilities of an adopted children.

 

3.     That the adoptive mother shall be liable for the maintenance, education and other expenses etc of adopted children.
