 Ossification test can only give a clue as to the age but cannot be a conclusive proof. Such exercise to be resorted only when there is no other proof available like school leaving certificate or birth certificate. 2002 P.Cr.L.J. 633

Medical opinion cannot override the evidence of birth certificate. 2002 P.Cr.L.J. 2034.

Medical evidence cannot over ride the evidence of other documents such as Nikahnama or marriage certificate of parents and birth certificates, if found to be genuine and truthful.
