Do not file your case without checking these important points:

1. CHECK THE DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY:

کاغذات کی اچھی طرح پڑتال کریں ,کاغذات کی ایک غلطی آپکی ساری مقدمہ بازی پر اثر ڈال سکتی ہے

You have to check the documents in terms of accuracy and validity. A small mistake in any document can badly affect the entire litigation process.

2. DOUBLE-CHECK THE CAUSE OF ACTION AND OCCURRENCE OF EVENTS:

بناے دعویَ,وقوعہ کی تاریخ اور مناسب وقت کو بار بار بغور چیک کرلیں

You have to mention the cause of action and occurrence of events if possible with appropriate date and time. Also, you should validate the accuracy and integrity of details you mentioned.

3. DOES YOUR LAWYER KNOW THE JUDGE?

جس جج کے پاس مقدمہ دائر کررہے ہیں اسکے مزاج کی آگاہی بہت ضروری ہے

4. PLAN LITIGATION ACCORDING TO REMEDIES:
