 THIS DEED OF MUBARAT is made at Karachi on this ____ day of April, 2020.

           WHEREAS the parties were married on 19.10.2019 at Karachi, according to Sunni Muslim Law. The dower amount was fixed 15 Tola Gold, which was payable on demand life as per Sharriat Law same was unpaid.

          WHEREAS there is no compatibility of nature between the parties and there are also deep differences between them, as such it is not possible for them to live together as husband and wife within the limits prescribed by God.

           WHEREAS that the Second Party hereby divorces to the First Party namely Mst. ………………………………… on her own choice, demand as well as on her own requirement and has irrevocably to Muslim law pronounce three times “ Talaq”, in presence of the witnesses as under.

(i)                 That the Second Party has forgo the dower amount and will not claim in future.

 

(ii)                That both the parties have no claim whatsoever against each other.

 

(iii)        That  this Divorce Deed is being executed by mutual consent of both the parties in presence of witnesses and a copy of the same shall be sent to the Chairman/Arbitration Council for issuance of the Confirmation Certificate.
