DIVORCE DEED

 

            I, ………….. son of ……………………,  holding CNIC No….. Muslim, adult,  resident of  …………. Karachi, do hereby state as under:-

     1.         That my Nikah was  performed with ……. d/o ……. Muslim, adult, resident of House                 No………………. Karachi, on 29^th Sept. 1996 according to shia/suni Muslim Law                     against  Dower amount of Rs. 50,000/-, which was paid.

 2.      That there is no compatibility of nature between me and my wife and there are also deep             differences between us, as such it is not possible for us to live together as husband and             wife within the limits prescribed by God. Therefore, I   was left with no option but to                 exercise my Islamic right and pronounced divorce to my said wife on three occasions and         pronounced as under-

 

1.      I, ……………. divorce you, (name of wife).

     2.      I, ……………. divorce you, (name of wife).

     3.      I, ……………. divorce you, (name of wife).

 3. That this Divorce Deed is irrevocable and now my said wife is free to do all acts according         to her wishes.
