        Be it known to all that ............................................. Karachi, do, hereby, nominate, constitute and ordain ......................................, Muslim, adult, residing at House No. '............................., Karachi, to be  my true and lawful attorney, to do the following acts, deeds, things and  matters in connection of proceedings pending before the Arbitration Council, Cantonment Board, Karachi, as I am going  to Canada in connection with Study.

 

1.     To appoint Advocate, sign Vakalatnama, represent  and defend me and further to file applications, affidavits and give evidence,  or initiate any legal proceeding, record statement, file documents before the Arbitration Council  and also  receive  divorce confirmation certificate  from the Arbitration Council, Cantonment Board.

 

2.     Generally to do all acts, deeds and things and matters, pertaining and in connection with  the above Arbitration proceedings.

 

 

AND I do hereby agree that all acts, deeds and things done by my said attorney shall be construed as acts, deeds and things done by me and I undertake to ratify  and confirm all and whatsoever that the said Attorney shall do or cause to be done by virtue of the powers hereby given.
